These terms govern your use of secondskinacademy.com and your enquiries and enrolment with Second Skin Makeup Studio and Academy, located at 6-3-354/8/2, Esteem Diamond, F1, Hindi Nagar, Dwarakapuri, Punjagutta, Hyderabad, Telangana 500082, India. By using this website or enrolling with the academy, you agree to these terms.
Enquiries and enrolment
Submitting an enquiry form does not confirm admission. A member of the team will contact you with course details, batch dates, and the fee structure. Your seat is confirmed only when the academy communicates confirmation to you after the agreed payment is received.
Fees, cancellations, and refunds
Course fees, payment schedules, and any refund terms are communicated to you directly at the time of enrolment. Unless the academy states otherwise in writing, fees paid to reserve a seat are not refundable. If the academy cancels a batch and cannot offer you an alternative, the fees you paid for that batch will be refunded.
Batches and schedule
The academy may adjust batch dates, timings, or the order of the syllabus where required. If a change is significant, the team will inform you and offer a suitable alternative.
Certification
Certificates are issued on successful completion of the course, which requires attendance and completion of the practical work assigned during training.
Course materials and intellectual property
All content on this website and all training material shared during the course, including notes, methods, photographs, and videos, remain the property of Second Skin Makeup Studio and Academy or their respective owners. You may use course materials for your personal learning, and you may not copy, resell, or redistribute them.
Student conduct
Students are expected to behave respectfully towards mentors, staff, models, and other students, and to handle studio equipment and products with care. The academy may refuse or discontinue training, without refund, in cases of serious misconduct.
Photography and portfolio
Work created during training may be photographed by the academy for teaching and promotion. If you do not wish to appear in promotional material, inform the team in writing and your preference will be respected.
Website use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it to send unlawful or harmful content. The information on this website is provided in good faith, and the academy may update it at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the academy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
