What is HD makeup?
HD stands for high definition, and it describes makeup formulated and applied so it holds up under high-resolution cameras. The products are lighter and finer, and the technique focuses on seamless blending with no visible edges or flashback.
Is this course for beginners?
Yes, but you get more from it if you already know your way around a face. We start with HD base and colour correction from first principles, so no prior training is required.
What will I learn in this course?
Skin prep and HD base, colour theory and correction, eye techniques, HD bridal, airbrush, film and television makeup, photoshoot makeup and product knowledge.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes, once your practical work has been assessed. The portfolio you build alongside it is what most clients and producers will actually ask to see.
Where is the course conducted?
At our studio in Punjagutta, Hyderabad. The course is in person because camera-ready makeup cannot be learned from a screen.
